Okay.
Here is the final work up on the Viper Raider Hybrid that Hidden-Traveler inspired me to do.

Then the time came for the model:
Take the fuselage of a 1/72 scale MkVII Viper by Black Sun Models.
Take the wings from a 1/72 scale Cylon Raider, also by Black Sun.

Shorten the Viper's fuselage by takeing a 3/4 inch chunk out starting just behind the forward RCS and ending at the lower intake.

Cut the Viper's wings off at the roots.
Now cut the Raider's wings of right flush to the main body and attach them to the Viper fuselage.

Put the Viper's guns on the Raider's gun mounts.

Basecoat the whole thing in grey primer and then paint it gloss black.
Paint the engines and guns in steel and give them a black wash.
Drybrush the whole thing silver and then add markings from a couple of other kits.
